Refund and Cancellation Policy:
At Arc Attest, we are committed to delivering high-quality Risk Mitigation services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered. This Refund and Cancellation Policy statement is made by the company, Arc Consulting (I) Private Limited consisting of all the services and business listed here (collectively, "Arc Attest", "ACIPL", "company", "we", "us" or "our").
1. Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will only be considered in cases where errors, inaccuracies, or discrepancies are identified in the verification or due diligence report generated by company instead necessary amendments can be made based on the request from the customer. Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully rendered and completed, as indicated by the delivery of the verification or due diligence report to the client.
Refunds will only be process in case we are unable to deliver the services or verification or due diligence report where we are unable to process the request. In case of initiation of any verification or due diligence report wherein the sufficient efforts have been made, no refunds will be eligible.
2. Refund Process:
Customer seeking a refund must make a written request from the same email id through which the request for processing the verification or due diligence report was initiated. Customer should contact our customer support team at email@example.com within fifteen  days of receiving the verification or due diligence report. Refund requests should include a detailed explanation of the issue, along with any supporting documents that substantiate the claim. Our customer support team will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe not later than fifteen  working days of receipt of such request.
3. Refund Amount:
If a refund is approved subject to clearance of necessary review of submitted information & supporting evidences requesting for refund, the amount refunded will be limited to the fees paid for the specific verification or due diligence service that led to the refund request. Final decision for issuing the refund rests with the company.
4. Refund Timeline:
Company shall process the refund within thirty  days of company’s acceptance of the refund request made by the customer. In case of any disputes or any possible delay company shall proactively intimate the customer in written about such dispute or delay with further course of action.
5. Cancellation by Customer:
Customers have the right to request the cancellation of a verification or due diligence service before the commencement of the verification or due diligence process.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly stating the reasons for cancellation. Company shall acknowledge the email and confirm the acceptance of the cancellation request in written. In case the verification or due diligence request has been initiated or commenced, company has the right to deny the cancellation request.
6. Cancellation by Company:
Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse services if there is a breach of our terms and conditions by the customer or we find that we will be unable to process the request for the verification or due diligence. In the event of such cancellation, the customer will be notified promptly in written, and any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and timeline stated above.
