Arc Attest does not collect Sensitive Personal Data or Information without due notification and consent unless mandated by law. PII and SPI are collected and handled in accordance with privacy legislation in India and this Privacy Policy.

Clients should promptly update their contact information, and applicants may review, access, and change certain account information via the applicant portal. Arc Attest retains data for a specified period as defined in client contracts.
Clients may opt out of promotional or informational emails by contacting their account manager or emailing info@arcattest.com. Security measures, including SSL transmission, are employed to protect PII and SPI.

Arc Attest employs administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including SSL transmission, firewalls, encryption, and password protection, to ensure the security and confidentiality of collected information.
