Clients should promptly update their contact information, and applicants may review, access, and change certain account information via the applicant portal. Arc Attest retains data for a specified period as defined in client contracts.

9. Choices Regarding Online Tracking, Analytics, and Email Communications
Clients may opt out of promotional or informational emails by contacting their account manager or emailing Security measures, including SSL transmission, are employed to protect PII and SPI.

10. Security and Confidentiality
Arc Attest employs administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including SSL transmission, firewalls, encryption, and password protection, to ensure the security and confidentiality of collected information.
